A unique selling proposition defines your position in the marketplace and lets you stand apart from competitors.

One simple strategy for identifying a unique selling position is to fill gaps left by competitors. You can use the reviews etc to find these gaps. Such as 3-4 star reviews, which usually identify something lacking.

Points in defining your unique selling proposition:

  • Product/service description
  • What are you not going to do
  • What will be unique
  • Proof your solutions work
  • Pricing strategy
