First Impressions of the Wim Hof Method


I’ve done the Wim Hof method two days in a row now. After meditation. And I incorporated yoga practise into the second step instead of stretching.

I felt good yesterday. Today I feel a bit grumpy but that might be due to lack of caffeine.

My first impression is that it’s refreshing. It does feel like you cleanse your body at a vascular and even cellular level.

I feel like cold showers sort of shock your system. It’s as if you feel less pain for the rest of the day.

On the other hand right now though, I feel a peculiar uneasy alertness. Is this adrenaline?
